“I would recommend this veterinary clinic with my eyes closed, not only are they excellent professionals but they give you the feeling of security. I felt that they were as concerned as I was about the well-being of my cat, despite the area, the prices are not exaggerated, I feel that their costs are very good. The attention from all the staff was a 20 out of 10. I moved to Chicago and I have no problem continuing to drive 40 minutes to your office just to know that I will leave my cat in the best hands!!“

“Dr. Levine is a dream come true and every single one of the staff here is an absolute angel. I absolutely cried when I moved when I realized I would have to give up this office. I have two sphynx brothers who love going here and would happily visit every day if not for the fact that they hate car rides. Don't let the minor prepayment for your new patient appointment scare you off. I like the fact that the office does everything in their power to ensure that appointments are kept so that they don't have to rush when you are scheduled like human doctors do! Beyond that, their fees are very reasonable and they never shamed me for needing a price estimate up front because of my financial situation. As for their treatment of my boys, you would have thought they were royalty! They treated my two little princes so gently and were so doting that they had a great time every single time we went. Even when my tiny heathens were behaving like scoundrels (walking across laptops, demanding treats, being little piggies when they *were* giving treats, etc), Dr. Levine and her team were incredibly patient. I could also text with questions and pictures! In fact, I'll probably keep the latter up after I move ;) Take your pet(s) here. Especially your cats. I've used "cats only" vets and even those can't compare to Dr. Levine. I can't say enough good things about the whole place.“

“Vernon Hills Animal Hospital was great! The staff were friendly and the tech really cared for our dog. She took the time to get herself and our dog comfortable with each other. The vet was very thorough and explained everything she wanted to do with our dog.“

“I started taking my 14-year-old Doberman/German Shepherd to Buffalo Grove animal Hospital a few years ago. She's had a few fairly serious age related issues lately. I couldn't have been more pleased than I was with the Care and follow up provided by each of the vets and vet tech at Buffalo Grove animal Hospital. They have been phenomenal, and so much better than the previous Vet I had used that unfortunately went downhill with staffing, quality and care.“

I love how the negative comments start with great doctors but too expensive. It's always about the money. If you can't pay The Four Seasons prices, go check in to a Motel 8. There are plenty of other vets, like hotels, who have cockroaches if that's what you prefer. You sound like a bunch of hillbillies. I am HEARTBROKEN they have closed. Especially because now I may run into the morons who posted negatively on here. No chance of morons in the NICC waiting area just dedicated pet owners who love their cats.“

“While in Illinois for a month and a half, we wanted to get our dogs vaccinated against Lyme disease. We had two amazing experience here (the initial vaccination and the booster appointment). Everyone on the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated their patience and gentleness with our nervous dogs as well as their transparency regarding pricing.“

“I just had to write a review of Countryside Animal Clinic, because they have given the most incredible care to all of my pets. My 10 year old French bulldog, Bruno, recently became very ill. We had to make the decision to put him down as he was starting to have seizures and decline quickly. Mary, Countryside's manager, got us in quickly. It was a tough situation as I was flying back in from out of town. Having to do something like this with your beloved pet is so, so difficult. The staff at Countryside, from Naomi at the front desk, from the gentle care from Dr. Mary Hannah and to the love of Bruno from vet tech Chris, made what could have been the worst life experience much more bearable. They treated Bruno with so much love and respect. Dr. Hannah was SO kind in how she spoke to Bruno gently and lovingly. This was so calming and reassuring for me and Bruno. Chris held and hugged Bruno giving him little treats with tears in her eyes. Countryside REALLY loved my dog. I also can't forget to mention Dr. Malitz and all the other amazing stuff there. They literally have no turnover of staff which speaks volumes! I have had a rough couple of months and have sent countless emails and made many phone calls out of concern, and they were always kind, patient and helpful. Thank you Countryside for the incredible love and care you gave to Bruno.“

“We have been going to River Trails Animal Hospital and Dr. De Los Monteros for 15 years for our baby, Ricky. The staff and Dr. D have always been more than wonderful, loving and kind. Last night, we had to put our baby to sleep, and while it is a horrific decision, Dr. D and the staff made the experience gentle, loving and pain free for him. She is beyond caring and empathetic,always has been over the 15 years. I highly recommend River Trails to anyone that has a pet as they will always be loved and cared for!“
