We have been relying on the services of Urban Arborist at 419 W. Washington Avenue in Lake Bluff for about the past 5 years. They have been treating our once ailing crab apple trees, which had some kind of fungus. They have been looking better and better each year and this year they were absolutely spectacular. We decided this year that we had several trees that were in need of a good shaping and thinning out. We received what we thought was a very fair estimate and they came out this October. They were prompt and very polite and listened to our thoughts and did exactly what we discussed. When the work was finished all the debris had been removed. We have been happy with their work in the past and even more so after the last work. My husband and myself would highly recommend using this company. They are definitely tree experts. Good work needs to be commended. It is a rarity in these times. Hard working people that come when they say they will be there and do the work you are paying your hard earned money for. We have been using Urban Arborist for the care of our trees for the last 22 years. Chuck and company have been professional and caring. We do preventative care to keep our trees healthy. Urban Arborist has seen us through some rough times, including removal of trees due to Dutch Elm Disease and lightening strikes.
