“We had a very large and active hornets nest in one of our bushes. I called Lake Cook Pest Control and they came out the same day. The person took a quick look at it and said he would be able to take care of it quickly, and he did. Remove the hornets nest and sprayed to make sure they didn’t come back. It’s now two weeks later and no hornets. Very satisfied with them and would definitely recommend them.“

“Mice Hunters came out and sealed the house and got rid of our mouse and bat problems. They came back out a year later when the bats chewed a new entrance and sealed that up too. Super friendly and a wealth of information on the ways mice and bats enter homes.“

“I can't say enough good things about these guys. We've had two different extermination services in the past who only treated the symptoms, not the source of the problem. Mice Guys cost more but they solved the problem. They spent an entire day sealing up the place, putting traps where they determined mice were getting in, explaining their methods. They even discovered wood rot under our front porch and put in temporary reinforcing wood -- not in their job description -- until we could get that fixed! It's now been several months and our mouse problem -- which was bad -- is finally over! They have come back several times to check on status, and they insisted on coming back when we did have our porch replaced, so they could make sure that underneath the new porch would be completely sealed. Customer service has gone down in the USA in recent years, but these guys are just fabulous and restored my faith in the old adage, "You get what you pay for." We paid more but it was so worth it.“

“I truly got a sense of care because out of six exterminators I called, these guys answer the phone! All the rest were voicemail, leave a messageand we'll get back to you! Rodriguez Exterminators/Gabriel listened to my problem and specified the process for my situation and the prices. He answered every question I had with knowledge and patience. I didn't get to use their services because my problem fixed itself sorta, lol, but i did put their number in my phone for future reference and hot rid of thecrest, which btw never returned my calls. So I'm reviewing their customer service which was wonderful, and I would recommend them just because of the great customer service I received, and that's why i gave 4 stars, because I didn't use their services, but customer service is a clearly a A+ and if a company answers the phone, listens to a new customer with patience, I felt this was experience worth reviewing because of the impact it had on me in my time of their services.
