I was very happy with my new AC and furnace. Cris and Alex were very knowledgeable and now my house is finally warm in the winter! My only regret is not switching to gas. But, that's my fault.

Highly recommended. I used L.R. Gregory and Son to replace the central air unit in a remodel project, so cost was a major factor. They put a plan together for me that fit within my budget and finished the install within the time needed. In my experience, this is an honest company that cares about delivering for the customer.

I was pleasantly surprised with the company's after hours prompt service when our furnace tripped. A field technician came out to diagnose and thankfully we didnt have to go elsewhere or call for second opinion. Although, I thought it was fast service and the issue was resolved promptly, I felt there is room for improvement in communication, and overall servicing a clients home furnace.
