Our furnace went out at the start of a stretch of 90+ degree days this summer. GSHA was out at 1pm to diagnose and had a crew at our house by 4pm who then worked into the evening to make sure we had AC up and running for our family. We even tried to tip the workers as a "thank you" and they said to us, "we can't accept that, we have kids, too, and wouldn't want them sleeping in this heat." Thank you so much!
