“I walked into Dr Karl and Dr Maryam’s practice 8 months ago with severe lower back pain which was impeding my quality of life. I could not walk/ stand more than 5 minutes and had shooting pain down my right leg. MRI confirmed L2,3,4 herniated disks and other degenerative observation. After the 4 month of regular treatment I was back to walking ~30 mins and started going back to gym (strengthening and stretching).
