I was running a few minutes late for my appointment and the receptionist and stylist were very accommodating. I have not had my hair cut in years due to a some not so great experiences. I have hair that is curly and wavy, but I love to wear my hair naturally and straight. Crystal did a phenomenal job and did not take too much off! She gave me exactly the style I was looking for. That’s always a huge fear because it took so long to grow out my hair. I highly recommend this salon and will be returning in a few months for a trim. Love 10 West! The staff is fantastic, friendly and above all, talented. Sharon always delivers a great cut and color. If your tired of paying a lot of money at pretentious salons, try 10 West instead.
