I would give 0 stars if I could. I had to get alterations for a last minute bridesmaid dress and the whole experience was awful. My dress was a little big on me so I believed the straps and back needed to be moved slightly up in order for my chest not to be spilling out and she told me that it was not needed and that the dress fit me perfect, it did not. I had to pin the dress together the day of the wedding in order for it not to fall. All she did was hem my dress and the hem was still not correct as I was tripping on the dress the whole night (I wore the exact same shoes as I did in my fitting). When I called to confirm my price I was told it was gonna be $80 for a simple hem and she refused to press the dress and claimed that I told her that I did not want it pressed or steamed. She was rude and did not communicate with her customers at all.

Zero stars would have been selected if that was an option. I picked up a suit for my baby that I needed tailored for my wedding and was not completely satisfied with the quality of the hemming. When I expressed my concern, the women who did the work told me "you don't know anything, just take the suit and leave". We went back and forth a few minutes and I explained that I was not happy with the service she charged me 47.00 for. Never once did she offer to make the situation right, she just carried on in a nasty tone and told me I was strange because I didn't like how the pants looked. Had she explained it would have looked like this we wouldn't have hired her for this service. I have been bringing things to this place over the last few years and the last two times the lady has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back! Good bye to you, Monica!

I had some alterations done they did an awesome job but try to overcharge me when I pick my merchandise up, I didn't realize they put zero on my slip told me it will be one price and change it when I got there.
