Bart helped me pick out new up to date quarter round and even installed quarter round in the kitchen and island so the entire baseboards kept the same look. “My wife and I are both seniors and though we wanted new carpeting, we knew we weren’t able to move furniture by ourselves. So we went shopping for carpet with stipulation that installers would move and return everything to its place. Key carpet quoted us the best price, thousands less than other quotes. We were a little worried and skeptical of the lower quote but decided to go with it. We took samples of the carpet we bought to other vendors to compare and were assured that it was very good quality. That made us more confident of the decision. Installation day came and we just sat while installers did all the heavy moving and installing. It took them the whole day to complete the job and they worked their butts off. They disassembled beds and furniture and put everything back the way they found it. We were more than pleased with the whole project and the quality of the carpet and installation. We would definitely return to Key Flooring with any future needs and would recommend to family and friends.“

Greg managed the business end of the project and oversaw some of the final work. Matthew, however was our everyday contact. He scheduled the work and the supplies needed. He kept us very well informed about the specific work to be done and the schedule of who would be showing up to complete it. He also worked around our time commitments and was always pleasant and accommodating. The various workers were all respectful and professional. They also built us a brand new open shelf at the end of our stove to extend our counter to both sides of the appliance. Ivan was super responsive by text as I had questions or letting me know if they were running late from another job.We had some issues with getting the right hinges for this project but it wasn't their fault in the end. Just know if you have older hinges the need replacing it might take some time with a little trail and error to get the right solution.We ended up hiring them back out a few weeks later to install a range hood. So happy they could bring our 30yr old kitchen up to date.“

“Needing to move ASAP, I needed hardwood floors refinished. They were in an awful state: the worst being a 3 x2 ft spatter and stain of deep red dye. I got a recommendation from a friend and called Neal Sherman.I am so pleased with and thankful to this business for:1. Getting back to my call the same day.2. Scheduling a feee estimate inspection within 2 days. Going way beyond normal hours to do so.3. Being totally upfront about impossibilities of knowing if stain would come out completely with sanding.4. Giving me an excellent estimate on the spot and being willing to wait for me to call him back by next day to take the offer.5.
