I needed to stay overnight here after a knee revision , the old joint failed just the upper joint needed to be replaced. The staff nurses and helpers were all just amazing and professional as I was in some pain during the night. They all made sure I was cared for as if I was a relative. Nobody really wants to go to the hospital, but this hospital fit all my needs and most people would agree. One interaction was with Jose aka Joey and we had each other laughing before we finished talking about things to do. He was in check in area before my surgery and we joked some more. The recovery nurse was Christine and we had some fun during my wake up. The room I was put into was a private room and nicely appointed with all I could use.

Fantastic care in the ER on 4/10/23! Very few and very 'minor' issues** during visit to the ER. I brought my brother to the ER mid-morning and the wait time to see each of the initial providers was totally acceptable. Special recognition to the following: The provider who first saw my brother (I regret I did not get her name: blonde, mid 30's) she listened to all of my brother's concerns and did not say anything about his weight (my brother ran marathons before Covid and he gained a good 50lbs during Covid, we also lost our mom very suddenly in March 2021 (non-Covid related)) so pandemic + grief = WTF weight gain. She was well skilled and did the initial questions and EKG. Carla who did the blood draw gets a high five, big hug, and a huge THANK YOU for her care. Wow, she was amazing and is everything I would want in a medical provider (loved her glasses). She gets an 11 out of 10 for being who she is! Carlos is another provider who gets a huge THANK YOU. Was brought to a room within the first hour and did not wait too long for Carlos to introduce himself and he listened to my brother's concerns. Carlos, don't sell yourself short by saying 'I'm just the nurse', your care made all the difference in the visit. Getting the test results was efficient and when we were told it would be 45 minutes for the results to come back it was less than 45 minutes for Carlos to let us know the results. Dr. Patadia was excellent and no complaints in the care he provided. **Minor issues which did not effect the excellent level of care provided, and a yelp review wouldn't be complete without the complaints (and I am an observant sister): One fish was belly up in the fish tank in the waiting area (beautiful fish tank and there was one lonely and large fish left swimming...it was a big floater). Water fountain/bottle filling station in waiting area's filter indicated it needed to be replaced (this is understandable as during the pandemic all water fountains were turned off for safety). The wait time between getting the results of the last test and discharge felt a bit too long. All in all, excellent experience at the ER and would recommend to anyone. If I had to go to an ER I would go there myself for treatment.

I would absolutely recommend this hospital. I had the best orthopedic surgeon and nurses tending to me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I'm so grateful for the work they do. Thank you to Dr S Mehta, Elizabeth, Marisol, Raya, Kat, and all who helped me recover on my recovery from total hip replacement surgery.
