“I contacted Evolve because I could no longer run due to a right hamstring strain. After several weeks of therapy I was able to begin running slow short distances. Now after a full month of therapy I am back to running regularly and was able to complete an 8.5 mile run on Tuesday! “I took my daughter to Evolve after she was diagnosed with torticollis at 2 months old. From birth, my daughter had been only looking to her right and would only sleep on her right side, which caused the right side of her head to become flat. She was also showing signs that her neck was bothering her and that she was experiencing discomfort. Dr. Delphine came up with an adjustment plan to correct my daughter's torticollis as well as help reshape her head without a helmet. Dr. Delphine explained that a helmet would help correct the shape of my daughter's head, but it would not help correct the root cause that was making her neck tight and causing her discomfort. She also gave me many tips to do at home to help her. A few weeks after Dr. Delphine began working with my daughter, she already was showing significant improvement with how she could move her neck, and now at 5 months, she sits up straight and easily turns her head in both directions. Her head is now also perfectly symmetrical, without ever having to use a helmet. I am very impressed with the results that Dr. Delphine helped us achieve, and I highly recommend her. I am so happy she was able to help heal my daughter so that this did not cause her issues later in life.“

However, yesterday I came in for hair cut and received probably the best cut and service I’ve ever gotten. I came in with VERY long hair that is naturally straight, that had no layers, no movement, no nothing and was ready for a solid cut. “Literally a hidden gem, it's tucked behind Walmart next to a banquet hall so you wouldn't find this off the street. But I'm very glad I did. The front is brightly colored so it's a little easy to find if you're looking for it. I was very happy when I walked in to find a pristine clean small entry room. I was immediately greeted, and the second I filled out my paperwork. The room is ready. I personally like deep tissue massages for chronic pain from working at a desk all day, and let me say these tiny little Mongolian masseuse ladies could challenge the Hulk to an arm wrestling contest and probably win. They are so strong. It's impressive. My only critique would be if you were very sensitive to being massage in lower areas of your back close your glutes be very clear with them. They'll tuck the blanket into your lower back area in your underwear, and will massage very close to that area. It was completely proper and fine just if you're sensitive about it it's good to be clear with your comfort level. Also, I've been going to massage places for years and personally starting to get very tired of this new trend where you have to have a membership to get a reasonable rate at chain locations. So for that purpose, I searched for a new spa massage location that offered reasonable rates and no expectation of a constant Monthly payment. Support the locally owned.“
