I can't say enough wonderful things about Donald and his team. They entirely rebuilt our attic (in an 1895 historic district Evanston home), turning it into a wonderful guest suite with a play/tv room, a guest bedroom, and a new bathroom. They were reliable, courteous, responsible, thorough, considerate, and finished on time. Our neighbors were all surprised to see that Donald and his team came to work every day--there were no delays and Donald had perfectly coordinated all the different subcontractors so there was no gap in timing. When Don brought his proposal it was so reasonable I thought his work might not be that good. Well we hired his crew and the work they did was incredibly masterful! The were on time and cleaned up very nicely when they were done. The finished work was just beautiful. I would recommend his crew to anybody. You will be pleased.
