If I could give negative stars I would, I had made an appointment 3 weeks in advance with a cash deposit for my dads 50th birthday and for his sisters first tat and our spot got booked over after making the appointment and we had no choice but to leave. Definitely the worst birthday present I’ve ever gotten my dad
