Never had any issues here. Always find a available and working machines. The process works smoothly (loading money onto a card and using that card in the machines). The staff are always very nice and helpful. I did drop off service once and it was affordable, quick, and well done.

I decided to try SmartWash out after receiving a coupon in the mail. Attendant was friendly & efficient. My comforter was promptly washed & ready the same day. Comforter was clean, neatly folded & returned to me in a nice package. Highly recommend.
