The door to this business is always open and ready for anything. All the veterinarians+plus staff First and Foremost have compassion for your animal. Secondly, they are great at trying to save their patients money! They totally get it !! Costs have gone skyrocket and we see no end in sight. Thank you Kankakee An.Hosp., thank you for all the cost cutting you saved where and when able for our household. We personally love this business as they are exactly what this customer wants! The care/compassion and when available the cost options are All Delivered! Finally to all of "us" "the customers", take your time and stand back and take a look at what health care facility whether you or your pet were there, and Don't we always have a concern when we leave a doctor's office. . ? . ? Here they understand your concerns and here they again will take the time to research your pets situation and then if you still are questioning your pets health then take the time to address those concerns with this staff and they will get you that answer of which you may or may not like and finally you again may you have multiple options in front of you but hopefully you will then find your peace of mind with your pets care. Quick and affordable, but the vet herself seemed to dismiss all of our concerns to just give my pet two shots and quickly leave. She did not talk to us very much at all. The receptionists were lovely and kind. I've had a good experience with the other vet there and wish he saw my pet instead of the one who did.

Dr Lisa needs to listen to people. We asked them to update our dogs' vaccines and brought up a hotspot while there. She goes and gives a steroid for the hotspot and nothing for the vaccines. Don't you think it would be more important to get vaccines out of the way? Requesting to not have Dr. Lisa, after this appointment.
