I'm here to offer kudos despite some of the same issues others noted here. We got water heater service within days of our first call. They quickly and fully addressed a minor billing issue. And things went well for a month or two until the water heater failed again. There was a weekend and other scheduling drama; we had to wait five days for service. But, when the help DID come, it was thorough and effective. And there was no charge. This is a small shop. And, like with any small shop, life sometimes interrupts business. What makes Comfort Specialists stand out, to me, is that they made good on their commitments.
Jason is super great! AC went out and he was here in 20 minutes, we have him do our yearly inspection on our systems now and and couldn't ask for better customer service. I would highly recommend him. We have been using him for almost 4 years now.
