Our three-flat needed a new flat roof, Jacob's Ladder did a great job, communicated well, and gave us multiple solutions. We are happy with the work that Kevin and his team did for us!
Kevin was very responsive, courteous and helped to work with my insurance company (for wind/hail damage that had occurred). He was very transparent with what needed to be done and communicative throughout the entire process. His Pricing was very fair for the job at hand. His integrity was apparent and I hired Kevin for the job (to replace the entire roof). Kevin always got back to me to answer any and all of my questions. Kevin even had his brother (also a roofer) to be present and involved when Kevin was not available (for family reasons). The job was done quickly (from start to finish) and done very well. The workers were very courteous to me & the neighbors property. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend using these guys, you will be in good hands.
