At least 4 local electrical contractors never returned my call or email inquiring about a quote to install a ceiling fan in our living room where there was currently no electrical box. The one that did show up gave me a quote that was almost $1500 without any dry wall patching. I knew that was an outrageous price. Tom Zobel returned my voicemail in about 1 hour and was at my house 2 hours later to take a look. After looking at the light switch where I wanted to add the fan control and giving me various ideas/options. He even took the time to look at photos I had taken when the house was built. 3 hours later, our fan was installed and at a very reasonable price. I will use Zobel for any of my future electrical needs.
