Nice Guy. We explained to him what the issue was on the Garbage Disposal and he ordered a new one right away. Got it still under warranty. Only took 2 days. The only thing is that he's not in the building all day he closes up at certain hours so can be a bit hard trying to make it there when he is there..

I didn't get the gentleman's name who came to help us, but he was great. When I called for service on my dryer, he offered to come that day. But the day he came, he did the work fast.. He didn't try to take us for all we had.. I will call him again if I ever need an appliance fixed.. I recommend him!

My dryer went out unexpectedly as happens with most breakdowns. I called Chuck at Triangle the next morning to schedule a time for repair. I expected it would be several days before this could be done -- not so ! Chuck came 1.5 hours later and had my dryer fully functioning within 30 min. of his arrival. The repair cost was very reasonable. Quick to respond -- efficient -- reasonable cost ----- what more is there to say except always call Triangle.
