Used their online booking link through messenger on June 22 for an appointment June 30. Received an inbox six days later on a Sunday saying they are closed today and someone will contact me Monday, the day before my appointment. Monday came and went with no contact. Tuesday, the day of my appointment, I called with no one answering the phone and I went to the office which was locked.
