Dr. Santolin and his staff are exceptional. He has a true care for his patients and knows what he is doing. If you are looking for a doctor that just cracks backs, keep looking. Dr. Santolin is a true professional and that is evident in the way he runs his practice. You first have a full evaluation, and a face to face meeting. This is something ALL doctors use to do but is so rare in today's age. I value this in a doctor. He takes time with you, and takes your needs and abilities into consideration. Dr. Santolin has always listened to my situation then does a thorough exam. Based on the exam, he manipulates and adjusts the area all the while asking if the pressure is okay. He is very careful not to hurt me. After the session, he suggests a stretch to do at home to help speed along improvement. The office is clean and comfortable. His receptionist is very friendly and helpful if I have any questions about my bill. I have been a patient for 25 years, as needed, when I unexpectedly pull or twist my body. I always get relief within 3-6 sessions. I am very grateful for his expertise.
