What a joke. Went to the website. Booked an appointment. Two days later called to confirm. The guy said I do not have a confirmed appointment and the burped over the phone. Taking my business elsewhere.

My first and last visit to this location. I was asked to come in 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork which I finished in five minutes. I then waited for another 25 minutes when someone came to the front to speak to the patient who literally had been there for 30 seconds. I wasn't even acknowledged until I stood up to take my paperwork and out my coat on. He then said he'd be with me in a bit as he's been really busy today. I just walked out. Extremely poor customer service

While the therapists and staff are wonderful, the company is not. The billing for their services is outrageous. It was $500 per appointment, 3 times a week. My insurance covers 80%. Not one person informed me of the costs and obligations until I was billed finally 2 months later. While the initial appointments needed more attention. In the end, I was doing all exercises on my own with little to no interaction with therapists. So, I was paying $500 for an hour to work out by myself. This place borders on Insurance Fraud. In the end, I owed like $1000 out of pocket. The final straw was today when an outsourced company called me from India saying they wanted me to pay on my balance, which I have been paying monthly. Lesson learned. If it is covered by Workman's comp, sure. If you have to pay for it. Shop around. When a place has an endless advertising budget, guess who's paying for it.
