It is very easy to book an appointment and the front desk service is quick. The well organized facility is clean, bright, and inviting. The care provided is amazing, thorough, and highly praised. The staff is welcoming, pleasant, attentive, and very friendly.
Very clean facility. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. I really like the tablet for entering information too. The D.O.T. Doctor, A. Dudas, was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Thank you Doctor and staff!
UPDATE 2/2026:
This is absolutely the best Immediate care center I've been to in my 42 years of D.O.T. physicals for a medical card!! From the receptionist to R. Davis P.A., everyone was welcoming and professional. They made me feel relaxed for a good blood pressure reading. This was my second visit to this facility in 2 years and the first visit was pleasant also! Thank you Physicians Immediate Care!!!

Came in on a Monday morning for DOT physical. Check in process was very easy with the tablet. Very clean facility, nurses and doctor are top-notch very friendly. Any drivers looking to get a DOT physical or a alcoholic drug test for the company that you work for and if you’re in the Joliet area, I highly recommend them.
Walked in, scanned bar code and name was called immediately no wait fast and friendly staff and I didn’t have to pay on the spot I recommend 10/10 they give great advice also if you are injured, and the paperwork take less than 30days once they’re done
