Yalllll, I watched Stephanie lead the crew. She is THE BEST leader!!! VERY understanding, VERY patient,....everything really does starts at the top! I won't start name dropping but from light pressure to firm, this team delivers!!! I even spent quite a bit of time and conversation with a few clients! “I recently visited the Vital Birth and Death Records Office to obtain my child's birth certificate, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and professional. The office staff were incredibly efficient, and I had my paperwork completed in no time. The security staff at the reception were welcoming and made the process even more comfortable. The facility is well-maintained, and I appreciated that it had clear signage, especially since there's a tuberculosis center on the same premises but in a different suite. Just make sure to visit Suite 1 for your birth records to avoid any confusion. Parking is very easy with lots of openings.“
