My husband and I have used PDM for many years now. They are always prompt, responsive and accurate. They are kind in the answers to my questions and always have suggestions to forestall future problems. Plus they are very reasonable in pricing!
I had my furnace and A/C unit replaced in 2012 by PDM. Since then, every spring and fall a very qualified PDM technician arrives to perform a clean and check of the system to ensure that all components are working properly. Nothing has ever malfunctioned in over 12 years. Today I met Brennon Ellis. He went right to work. He is knowledgeable, professional, and completed the inspection very efficiently.
I called PDM Plumbing to come out to look at my pool heater that wasn't working. My technician, Chris, was prompt, courteous & very knowledgeable. He pinpointed & explained the problem to me & the next steps to be taken. I highly recommend PDM for all your HVAC services!
