We were having issues with our back door lock. We even had a handy man come look at it and they couldn't figure out what issue the door lock was having. We called Oestreich they showed up promptly and were able to fix our lock issue without having to replace the old lock on the door. I definitely recommend them for any door lock issue you may be having. They are amazing!

They were great. I was on vacation in another state and my son, who was house sitting, locked his keys in the house. I provided information that they needed to prove I lived there and got my son back in the house in a very reasonable time.

This company was the only one out of 5 companies that stated it would be cheaper to rekey locks instead of putting in all new hardware. They also understood the urgency of my situation and they serviced my location the same day I called them. They were very professional, courteous, and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use their services again.
