Excellent service and came last minute to estimate a major job. They provided two reasonable quotes and on the day of the service they showed me pictures of the damaged areas in my piping. Very detail, polite and thorough. Thanks for a job well done.

Our sewer pipe broke at outside foundation wall on our house and plugged, causing a backup. Called Mr Rooter Monday morning and they sent Chris Burkhart to check it out. He was very nice and professional. He described the repair neeed and an estimate was provided. We agreed. Chris and Adam the owner arrived Wednesday morning to make repair. Adam used the backhoe to remove a very large old rose bush I couldn't dig out completely. They were done with job early afternoon. They used a camera to inspect and ensure the line to street was clear. The work was inspected by city and passed. High marks for a job well done by professionals. Highly recommended.
