I had some questions about tanning levels and membership options, and while I didn’t receive much help at one location , I ended up calling Joliet branch—and I’m so glad I did! The front desk there was incredibly helpful, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything, especially the details. Their customer service really stood out and made me feel valued. Thank you for being attentive and respectful—I’ll definitely continue coming here!

Love this LA Tan location. I will be honest and say one girl that works here isn’t very customer focused- idk maybe she was learning but otherwise they have a great Versa Spa spray bed. I have no complaints.

Awesome service.. the lady that signed me up was more help then any other place I have been. Place is clean friendly and reasonable prices. I do the spray tan after my 1st spray noticed and last alot longer then my other place.
