Have experience with Ken and his staff in both commercial and residential applications. They always go above and beyond expectations. Recently had a total heat and a/c replacement in my own home, everything was explained in detail. They even reconfigured the gas line and shutoffs so as to facilitate future maintenance. Very pleased. Thanks guys
