Our couch was a very well used piece of furniture by our dogs and cats and desperately needed a cleaning. Dennis quoted me a very reasonable estimate. He was prompt, polite and professional. Took caution and care in my house, a true gentleman who takes pride in his work and business. My couch looks and smells great! A pleasant person/company to do business with. Dennis just left after cleaning 3 rooms, the hallway, and stairs. This guy is the salt of the earth, good guy. Genuine and friendly. Did a great job both cleaning the carpets and giving some special attention to a dog 'problem' area. I'd recommend to anyone looking to clean and freshen their carpets. Good guy and a reasonable price.
