(According to directions mind you!) I was devastated. Her white flowers were totally gray. I brought her to Swan And they were realistic that they might not be able to save her to pristine condition. Needless to say I was floored when I picked it up. They have done a better job than any of the cleaners in the city where I take my dry cleaning... And you can barely tell that the dress had gone through it! I couldn't believe how well they cleaned and saved her. I have had so many dry cleaners ruin expensive designer dresses... I will only be taking my items to Swan from now on.“
