Took my toddler in to see a pediatric dentist. I knew the minute I walked in, this was probably a mistake. The outside is not the nicest looking and the inside matches. Typical waiting room to the left and to the right was the dirtiest play equipment I have ever seen for kids. My son immediately ran to it, insisted on playing on it. I was, of course, mortified. I was just hoping it wouldn't take long to call us back. I made sure to slather him in hand sanitizer. So we get to the actual dental room, and they leave us there to wait for the dentist... we wait, and wait and wait. I'm getting really frustrated at this point. I am also seeing red flags everywhere, dirt, grime, dust bunnies everywhere, and supplies left out in bins. It looked like the room had never had a proper cleaning. I had time to research another office, call, register, and schedule a new appointment for my kiddo somewhere else. Still no dentist. I put my kiddos coat on and walked out. I told the receptionist who didn't even look up at me, by the way, that this was ridiculous and we were leaving. I feel like it was a definite blessing I didn't use the people to work on my precious child. I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my dog there.
My child had severe truma beacuse of this place the reason is my daughter had a cavity and she needed caps so I went to this place she got in the chair and they came to check her out and said she needed a route canal which she didn't then they didn't numb her enough and she could feel the whole thing she said something and they didn't do anything about it Then we left that dentist and her caps fell out after eating soft food Then we went to dental dreams and she didn't need the caps or the route canal all she needed was fillings and they did it and was fine but now just the sound scares her and she has severe trauma even said by her dentist
If you want to book an appointment here I recommend it BUT I suggest avoiding Dr. Bonnie Yale. I was having horrible tooth pain in my back, top molars while I was sick. I passed it off as tooth ache from my sinus congestion until it was so bad I was trying to shove an ice pack in my mouth to relieve pain. I book an emergency appointment, they do two X-Rays and see something where my wisdom teeth should be but I already had my wisdom teeth taken out so they ignore it. Instead Dr. Yale tells me I have an undiscovered cavity that now requires a root canal, meaning I have to pay at least $400. I'm shocked this wasn't discovered before with my last two appointments where X-rays were taken in that area. I go to another dentist and low and behold there isn't even a cavity there!! It's a 5th baby wisdom tooth that needs to be taken out. Ignoring my horrible fate with wisdom teeth, Dr. Yale gave me totally false information that almost lead to me paying $400+. Beware and always get a second opinion. I'm so disappointed and confused why they would tell me this. Other than this bad experience, I had two appointments that went great here with a male dentist, he was amazing and relaxed. Simple, fast, understanding, didn't even judge any of my dental problems.
