Although the owner is very nice and professional, her assistant, the heavyset lady is not pleasant at all usually looks like she has an attitude upon waiting for me to get my hair braided, which I had made an appointment the week before I was taken out of the first spot to get my hair done shifted over to the second chair without any explanation but my guess is because the lady who was waiting also was very disrespectful cursing and complaining. I will continue to go to Vicky’s in Plainfield.

Excellent work! Very friendly & detail oriented staff. Davi and Yvette r true pros! I suggest washing items between customer usage and also that appointment times be held firmly

They are really good at what they do BUT.....they have to do better on time. If my appointment is at 9 AM DO NOT show up at 10:30/11 o'clock..... their two biggest downfalls are that they are NEVER ON TIME & you have to call a thousand times before getting a hold of someone.
