I love my results every time Teresa does my hair! I'm a busy woman, and I have things to do -- making time for self-care is hard. Teresa always knocks it outta the park AND respects that my time is valuable to me. She's worth every penny. Stellar results every time.

I have never gotten a cut that I didn't like. Steve is good about listening about what I want. I need a cut that I don't need to fuss over. And my husband is very happy with Theresa V..she is always pleasant while staying professional.

My mother and I have been going to Chet's since I was in Jr. HIgh. Though I no longer live in Joliet I will still stop by Chet's to get my hair cut because they actually listen to me and I am very picky about my hair. My mother always goes in for a color and whenever she doesn't really like it they are happy to work with her on finding a better color. The shop is a little small but I think that makes it feel more like home. The staff is great and they make you feel like family when you are there. Maybe its because I was a regular but I have never seen them treat anyone differently while I have been there. Its also great place to go for manicures and pedicures. They take there time and make you feel comfortable. All in all its a great place to go for some pampering.
