Mike Sayles and the entire team were incredible to work with. Took time to help us get through the process. They worked within our budget and really helped us with our stress. So many questions and pain. We are so happy they were there or family.
My sister unexpectedly died. I live in Florida and was not at all familiar with Joliet or any funeral homes in Joliet. I found Carlson Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home online. I thank God that I did, as funeral director Richard Tapella was very kind, patient and helpful. He guided me through everything that I needed to do. I can't thank Richard enough for all he did for me in this terrible situation of my sister's death. I highly recommend Carlson Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Richard Tapella!
Carlson Holmquist.. Gave me such a sense of peace , warmth and caring..From the moment I talked with Richard on the phone his words and his voice calmed me and he carried me through the next step.. When I came in to make arrangements I was very worried about my daughter and they took care of us.. Mary Sue was so caring and she really Connected with me in a way that was a blessing.. I felt I had made friends and that was a gift.. I will never forget this experience.. It is helping me heal the sadness of losing my husband .. This funeral home Will stay in my heart forever..
