Training with Anthony was absolutely amazing!!! From the daily training to also helping me regiment, my eating habits, Anthony was always available for information and also encouragement and motivation for me to reach my goals. The built fitness workout center felt like home away from home. If you are looking for real results real support from someone with a true love for fitness and helping tone, the body built fitness is where it’s at.
BILT Fitness is such a great place. I made a decision back in March 2021 to get a personal trainer; I was stuck at a certain weight and couldn’t get passed to lose more and made mentally think I couldn’t do it and resulted in me having no motivation to help myself. I needed to someone to guide me, and I entered BILT. I’m thankful for my personal trainer Shane as he absolutely listened to my goals and has been helping me and motivating me nonstop. Sometimes when I’m not in my headspace or in a bad mood, he can tell and still tries to push me and encourage me. Highly Recommended!Anthony is The BEST! He worked around my schedule. I love the one on one. He gives his all. Anthony makes work outs bearable & not boring. I never have the same work out. He mixes it up very well.
