“Genuinely so impressed by this vets office. They take great care when working with "difficult" or reactive animals. they truly care about creating a stress free environment for their patients. I felt heard and like I had great resources at my disposal. They also have a certified trainer on staff to help with dogs who require more attention and de-stressing. i've seen two of the vets at this practice and they both were on the floor with my dog petting him, talking to him and making sure he was comfortable. they also let me stay with him for the entirety of my appointment even when he needed to be sedated. “Have been bringing my dogs here since I was a little kid and the building was a lot smaller and it was on the side where the parking lot is know. Started seeing Dr. Windmill and Dr. Maves. Both excellent veterinarians! The building was knocked down and the new facility was built to offer more services. Dr. Maves retired and the staff is polite, caring and considerate to what your pets need. Have seen all the doctors and have no complaints what so ever. Dr. Felt is awesome we have our dogs see her now and she takes the time to examine, diagnose and discuss with us anything about them. If we have any questions she takes the time to answer them and makes sure we understand everything. I would recommend them to anyone to bring their pets to for excellent care.“

“I used to work as a receptionist for a dog daycare, so I've had to talk to different vets all the time all over Chicago. Now, no longer a receptionist and I have my own puppy; Preiser was one of my top 3 to go to. I HIGHLY recommend, they have a wonderful staff and receptionists. The nurses are so kind, and treated my puppy with so much love. Like, I'm pretty sure my dog loves the vet now. They helped refer me to a specialist and helped me make sure she got the best care. Pricing wasn't terrible at all. The doctor called me personally to discuss my dog which I thought was really thoughtful. Also the lobby is so cute, and welcoming. Sometimes lobbies at vets can be rough, like they can smell, be dirty, have strange colors, and have uncomfortable chairs... but not here. It's so cute and cozy, the sun shines in, there are magazines, comfy sheets, and so much space if you have an uneasy or aggressive pet that needs space from other pets. Also I have to point out that all the plants have their own names it's adorable“

“Super Attentive and helpful and kind staff, easy to email and contact with questions and concerns. Doctor was precise and definitely comfortable handling and talking with my two different personality cats, which is a huge plus, other vets seemed scared of my bigger cat who protests loudly. Then he was super sweet with my senior quieter cat and taught me how to give fluids for her kidney failure. Great experience, glad to have found a great new vet around the area.“

I found the three or four items I needed here really quickly, and when I got to the line at the front of the store, one staff member notice the line was getting long and immediately dropped what she was doing to open a new register and help folks in line. “I had a great experience at this clinic. The front staff were kind and I didn't have to wait too long for a walk in. Dr. Berg was very friendly and super knowledgeable about my kitten's symptoms. I came in super nervous and left feeling confident in my kittens recovery. In comparison to another clinic I went to before hand (Oak Park animal hospital) the prices here were about $30-40 cheaper for the same treatment.“
