“A friend introduced me to Beauty Lab Salon and has been a client ever since. Even though I live in New York City, I've been coming to the salon for years. Initially, I visited for color, highlights, and cuts, but in the past couple of years, I've also been getting extensions done. I have to say, the service, professionalism, and knowledge at the salon are outstanding. It's such a welcoming and warm place. Ms. Monika is exceptional - she has the best knowledge when it comes to both coloring and extensions. I have very thin hair, but thanks to her, I've never had more beautiful hair. I couldn't help but notice a negative review by Karolina Charylo, and I was shocked by how she compared herself to people who are sick with cancer. I lost a family member to cancer, and I found her comments to be very cruel. It's important to note that having extensions is not just about adding hair to your head. It's crucial to gain knowledge and learn how to brush and take care of them; otherwise, you might end up damaging your hair. It's not just about how the hair is done but also about how you take care of it.

It’s a small intimate setting, very relaxing, not a big busy salon where they’re trying to race you out of the chair for another appt. “I am from out of town and am only in town briefly for work when one of my previously dipped nails broke off - so I needed to get them redone last second. I found Le Char through a google search and was intrigued by their 5 star review, but saw it was an appointment-only. I sent an email in the morning and received a response shortly after saying they could get me in that afternoon! Lee greeted me and got me started immediately. She was sooooo friendly and very accommodating. I can honestly say this has been the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done. My nails turned out so great! She took her time making sure everything was perfect. I wish this salon was located where I live!! Prices are great as well. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town next :) thank you Lee!

“I came to Nancy for a haircut 2 years ago and have been going to her ever since. I have very thick long hair and most stylists don’t know how to cut it or style it. I was the same until a friend discovered Brilliant Nails and told me about the amazing work these ladies do. I have been a blonde for so long and had bad experience at other salon and Ann fixed it like a champ !!!!! She knew from beginning what I was looking for and she nailed it and to be honest even made the color better then I wanted !!!
