Have used LithoLink for years. I haven't had any bad experience with them or their customer service. While the results can take some time to get back, I appreciate the thorough, cohesive results they provide as they have been a key reference point for my CKD since I was young.Directions are not difficult to follow, just be sure to read all the directions before starting your lab. Once you do start, go ahead and follow the directions to schedule a pick up with FedEx the next day and you'll be fine.

Customer service to get information is very rude, condescending and gives no helpful advise whatsoever. The demeanor as a whole is put off to have to answer any questions. If it works getting lab results great but I really recommend you hire more personable and patient individuals to represent your company.

Unnecessarily complicated instructions and not very helpful phone staff. I received tons of confusing paperwork, most of which is not even intended for me but for phlebotomosts, etc and don't expect any clarification from their phone support. I guess I'll spend a couple hours pouring over their conflicting instructions that they've mailed out. Not sure if they could make it any more confusing and complicated with unhelpful phone support
