An exceedingly efficient project was managed by Justin Garcia. He performed the inspection of our roof after a high wind storm hit our neighborhood a few weeks ago. The storm related damage was estimated from Justin’s pictures and report, and J & K submitted the estimate to the insurance company. It was not a surprise that the insurer would not cover the damage cost based on Justin’s honest advice during the inspection. Justin arranged a very timely repair service performed by an experienced J&K roofing contractor (Miner/Minor), and subsequently came back to inspect the completed work and document it through pictures. John at J&K has gone above and beyond with care and professionalism to help us through repairs after a tornado damaged our home. Our new roof, gutters, and skylight were all handled perfectly. Our home was damaged in a storm in May. We chose to go with J& K Home Improvement for all our needs over numerous other contractors: roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and window wraps. We could not be happier that we did. From start to finish all the teams, led by Joe Kim, were professional and very skilled. All of them seemed to enjoy their work and working with each other.
