Tom, the owner, came to our home surveyed the job and was back in no time with a very reasonable price based on everything that we wanted. He worked with us every step of the way in choosing all of the fixtures and materials needed to complete the project.HMI contractors are very professional and very neat with their work. They are quick to identify mistakes and how to fix them. They made sure to correct every mistake the original builders hid behind the walls and underneath floorboards. They are also very thorough in making sure everything is exactly as you want it- often asking you questions that you wouldn't even think to ask. Unlike some contractors, HMI is not pushy when it comes to where you purchase the materials and supplies needed to complete your project which can be off putting for some.We are extremely happy with the quality of work done by Tom, Scott, Paul and Josh. “I had Luke from Mega Solutions install my windows in 2019. Today while I was cleaning my windows, I caused the top window to go off track and it kept sliding down. I tried fixing it by myself but couldn't get both inner springs to align at the same height. I called Mega Solutions, Luke answers right away, I explained the issue, text pictures, he is at my house within the hour! He places the window back on track in seconds and then teaches me (again) how to properly open, close, take out windows to avoid any further issues. He then asks me to do a return demonstration so he knows I fully understand and am doing it properly. He is awesome. I expected to pay him for this service call. He doesn't charge me! I couldn't believe it . He has great customer service. He really cares about his customers , not just new customers but past customers which is astonishing to me in today's world. While our master bathroom shower remodeling project was small compared to other projects Villa Construction & Development does, they made us feel as if our project was top priority. Exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, cleanup every day as the work was done. Protective plastic and covering for the bathroom floor, bedroom and stairs was thoughtfully placed. The owner came by regularly to check on progress and kept making additional suggestions to enhance the project, but wouldn't make it any additional cost. The automated estimate and billing also is very convenient. The owner, workers and office manager are all highly professional and show uncommon care for the project.“
