“Initial impression…not so much. Very ready to take initial Deposit but took a few weeks to schedule roof cleaning and repair. They decided unilaterally to clean only a portion of the whole roof. After some discussion, agreed to clean the whole roof, which they did beautifully. Next day they applied the roof treatment. They were very thorough and careful to prevent any roof sealer from getting on the brick/ foliage/ windows/ etc.. I have to give particular credit to Diego and Julio for their attention to detail and their conscious awareness of what is required for perfection…they provided it.
