“If I could give 10 stars I would. Our technician, Robbie Aquirre, was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and very informative. Our furnace shut down in the middle of a December overnight. I called for help in the morning, Mr. Aquirre was here by 1pm. He showed us where the problem was, how to properly maintain the furnace so it doesn't happen again, and performed a complete winter maintenance. Now the furnace is running like new. “20+ HVAC system went out - which was not unexpected - with a bad blower motor late in the middle of a Friday night (typical). Dave picked up the phone that night and he could have come right away but there was no part readily available. He did come the very next day after wholesale distributors opened. He replaced the motor quite inexpensively as he did not inflate the cost of the part as others do. He also replaced the control board as it was falling apart - another known problem. The bottomline is, that our unit has had a significant lifetime extension at a fraction of cost compared to other HVAC companies; a fraction close to 75%. Any homeowner in the area that doesn't like to be taken advantage by the typical HVAC companies out there should give this Navy Vet guy a call. A firm handshake and no bull* talk is worth more to your wallet and your peace of mind than fancy websites and empty phone call niceties.“

Doug and Matt came over very quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it by cleaning rust and deposits off the burners and gas pathways. We have used AmericanTemperatureControl several times in the past few years. They have proven to be very capable, very responsive, and able to figure out the peculiarities of the specific installation providing cost effective solutions to problems. They are happy to recommend cleaning and repair where appropriate but also look at larger HVAC system optimizations. From my experience they are very trustworthy plus a pleasure to work with.“
