It was an improvement from last time’s visit. I’ve been getting the same haircut for a few years now so it still came out well and I was still happy with the experience.“

“I’ve gotten my hair cut at nice salons all over the country and I’m very picky. On top of it, I have course curly hair that requires special care and technique. I’m so glad I found J Alek Hair Studio. He truly cares about my hair. He took the time to listen to my needs and learn my hair my first appointment. He‘s serious about making you look and feel your best and the amount of attention feels like celebrity treatment. He‘s professional, fun to talk to but also is chill so it’s relaxing to be there. He listens but also makes suggestions and he explains as he’s doing things which is huge for me. I love a good blow dry style with a round brush and he’s great at doing them. I get so many compliments.

This was the first time I had met with her and right off the bat she was excited for what I wanted to do, and made sure I was prepared for what was about to be done.
