“Before walking into Evolve, I was at a super low level in my life when it came to my body being in pain and just feeling hopeless. Unfortunately I have a few autoimmune issues and have gone to so many doctors, chiropractors, massage & physical therapists over the years. If I had a dollar for every time I heard "Your too young to be in pain like this don't worry we will get you feeling better" I would be rich by now! I have had low back pain that has been a constant since January. I was suffering to some extent almost daily and left unable to train at the gym or even take a long hike with my dogs, which are two loves of mine, until I walked into Evolve. They welcomed me with open arms and had a plan of action to get me feeling better. It's the first time in my life that I actually felt confident and that someone had my back, literally and figuratively. I am currently on my plan which involves both chiropractic and physical therapy and I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. As an athlete I really understand how important both therapies are to recovery. I appreciate that they are offered together in one place unlike previous chiropractors I have seen where they crack ya and send you on your way. If you're in pain and other doctors have not been able to give you the results you need, I wouldn't waste anytime and get into Evolve where they actually have a passion for helping people feel better and stay that way!“

“Having been a total train wreck of tight muscles for 6 months, I was desperate for help. However, I wasn't desperate for any massage therapist, I really wanted the best I could find. Dagmara is top-notch. I'm just so grateful I was able to get an appointment with her this week. The pain throughout my back and the sciatica caused by mega-tight muscles was intolerable. Upon arrival, her massage therapy office is super clean and calming, and welcoming. Dagmara was there waiting in hospital scrubs, very professional. I filled out the online intake evaluation forms, and we talked in person upon arrival about where my pain was, what might be causing it, etc. Dagmara was very straightforward about how she would approach it. She provided a deep tissue massage, very methodically, first addressing all muscle groups and making sure we had plenty of time to address the most critical areas. I am dramatically better this evening than I was prior to my appointment with Dagmara. With that being said, I'm not perfect, but I came in there with six months of damage. I will be visiting again soon. Having been using massage therapists for 30 years, I know what I'm looking for and usually know what I need. With Dagmara, you're getting really educated/trained, professional, thoughtful, outstanding service for a fair price.“
