The zipper was from under the arm to the top of the hip on this dress (a lot of work), and Gloria gave me a reasonable price. The work is great, too. The zipper is as good as when I got the dress, if not better.The dress is also perfectly cleaned and ready for whenever it’s next needed.That, and the staff here is so nice. Both Gloria and the man who work with her are pleasant, polite, and helpful.I left a pair of jeans to be hemmed, since I had such a good experience with the dress. They were precise with their placement on jackets and shirts, and pants were hemmed and waists brought in quite professionally. I did take a garment bag and hanger combo there and did not get it back. But perhaps that's how dry cleaners are, they may have thought it was from another cleaner or something.“
