We lost a grandson. It has been a difficult time for the parents and us (the grandparents). O'Connor Funeral home was beyond wonderful in their care of their needs. They all were so wonderful at listening and helping with all our needs and requests.

We were very happy with our experience using James O'Connor Funeral Home. Dale and Diane were wonderful guiding us through arranging our services. Also, they were so caring it helped make everything a little easier for us.

We chose James O'Connor Funeral Home because of recommendations from friends. We cannot say enough about the great customer service, understanding and advice we were given from Dale and Diane. They not only helped us through this emotional time but we felt like they were part of the family. They took care of every detail and answered every question as soon as possible. Even after the services they continue to help us with questions finalizing things. This is our second family member we lost in the past two years and our first experience with another funeral home compared to James O'Connor was like night and day.
