We truly had an emergency request since it was freezing cold all night- our furnace stopped working and the temperature inside our house was dropping fast by the morning. Alex came within an hour of my phone call, did an excellent job fixing our issue, explained everything thoroughly and fixed the problem with our furnace and thermostat and the heat is back and running!
