Don't let the 1 star review stop you from coming here. It almost sounds like personal issues. This office is great. It's super clean and the staff is always welcoming. They have the newest, state of the art, machines to test your eyes. Dr. Nguyen is very nice and is very thorough in explaining the issues I have with my eyes. She's helped me figure out my prescription that works best for me, especially as I age. I used to have to wear readers, but she adjusted my contact lenses and recommended multi-focal contact lenses that has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend coming here. I've never had such great care for my eyes prior to coming here. Thank you for all you do!

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for several years. She always explains things and answers questions. She helped me when I was having problems with a glasses prescription from another office. The office staff was helpful when I needed to replace a pair of glasses I broke. It is also easy to schedule appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mindy Nguyen for many years. I work in healthcare and know that not every doctor is pleasant, knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to take time to explain things to patients. Lucky for me, Dr. Nguyen has all of these traits. Also, her office has a lot of high tech equipment, and I always get a thorough exam when I'm there. Dr. Nguyen is always pleasant and takes time to explain everything to me. Her office staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I have read some other reviews with complaints about purchasing glasses here. Yes, glasses from an optometrist office cost more than Walmart, or any other superstore. However, after every annual eye exam, I am given my prescription for eye glasses. (You are also emailed a patient portal where you can print it out as well). I have the option to get a pair of glasses from her office, or at any other store. It is the patients choice, so if cost is an issue for some, you have the option of getting glasses elsewhere. But as far as getting a thorough eye exam, from a friendly doctor, this is the place you want to go. The office is also super clean, and I never wait more than a couple of minutes. I highly recommend Mindy and her staff. See you again next year. Tom P.
