I will be the first to admit I am not a fan of getting dental work done, however I have never felt more comfortable going to the dentist until my visits with Bay Hill! The woman there are extremely kind, respectful, and explain fully what is needed and being done. We recently moved to the area and it had been a couple years since visiting a dentist and I needed cavities filled, I did not feel any pain throughout the process, it was quick and gentle work. My daughter is also a patient and enjoys her visits for cleanings. The women make you feel absolutely comfortable and offer realistic suggestions that will make your oral health better without the feeling of judgement. I never had to wait in the office longer than a few minutes, I was in and out under an hour, and scheduling is very accommodating. I am glad to have found this dentist! I recommend them to anyone who is looking! Thanks again ladies!

Bay Hill dental is a class act all around. I was referred to them initially because I had a weird insurance plan that baffled most billing departments. Rhonda got them to accept my claims. That alone was worth the extra miles of driving from my prior dental office. But through the past 3 years, they have been top notch in every area, in quality of work and customer service as well. Kimberly helps me get in timely even with my weird work schedule. Recently, when a temporary crown cracked, Dr. Mira and her team stayed at the end of their day to assist me on an emergency basis. That was more than I could expect or ask. They go the second mile to make you smile!
